Kat Lieu, the founder of Subtle Asian Baking, and the bestselling author of the debut cookbook, Modern Asian Baking at Home, is named eHow’s Maker of the Month (September 2022). Lieu will also be hosting a sold-out baking demonstration and class at Tom Douglas’ Hot Stove Society in Seattle on September 17th, 2022.

Recently, Lieu was also featured on Shondaland..com, in an article by Gerald Tan, heralding the rise of Asian desserts and Asian baking.
