about Kat Lieu
Kat Lieu is the 2024 Toni Tipton-Martin IACP award winner, a 425 Magazine Woman to Watch and 40 Under 40 honoree, a best-selling author, and an activist who writes about food full-time. She used to be a doctor of physical therapy but burned out during COVID. Watching her father die in 2020 encouraged to take a leap of faith and dream big, and do what she loves, so she can honor her father’s legacy, and dream for the two of them for as long as she lives. OH, and she LOVES dogs, turtles, and snails, as well as video games.
