Subway’s Footlong Cookie recipe but make it Asian by Kat Lieu

Hey fam, here's the world's first Asian-style footlong cookie, inspired by Subway's footlong cookie that they're selling on #nationalcookieday on December 4th, 2022. I decided to make my own version of a footlong cookie and boy, it's better than a butter board, at least in my honest opinion. It'll be the talk of any party, the centerpiece at any table, and a perfect holiday gift. The best part? It's highly customizable, and you can use any cookie dough that doesn't spread that much while baking. Even if it does spread, you can reshape the cookie while it's still hot! Shortbread cookie dough may work best, but I just used my Monster Miso Cookie dough recipe found in my cookbook, Modern Asian Baking at Home!

Disclosure: This cookie is actually 13 to 14 inches long. Figured it might shrink a bit after baking, so I added an extra inch of cookie dough LOL. Someone give me a Guinness World Record please! LOL.
