This special and intimate charity event will feature a 5-course meal with all vegan-friendly dishes. The class will be taught by both Elaine Sher (founder of Dash of Soy) and Kat Lieu. The amazing menu includes Spicy QQ Kimchi Pancake, Braised Shiitake Mushroom, Stir-fried Bok Choy in the Wok, Umami Fried Rice with Fermented Tofu Sauce, and Ube Mochi Cake as dessert.

The first collaboration between Dash of Soy and Kat Lieu to raise funds for the local Seattle Asian Counseling and Referral Service (www.acrs.org). ACRS promotes social justice and the well-being and empowerment of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and other underserved communities – including immigrants, refugees, and American-born – by developing, providing and advocating for innovative, effective and efficient community-based multilingual and multicultural services.
